Agreement

By creating a CaspaHub account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

CaspaHub provides cloud-hosted car wash management software, including online booking, live queue management, customer CRM, M-Pesa payments, loyalty programmes, and related features. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for customer and vehicle data entered into your tenant
• You must comply with applicable consumer protection and data protection laws in Kenya

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. The Booking tier is free; Growth unlocks after booking volume thresholds. Payments are processed via M-Pesa through our payment partner.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use CaspaHub for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

CaspaHub retains all rights to the platform, branding, and software. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

CaspaHub is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach or non-payment. Upon termination, you may request export of your data subject to our data retention policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
