Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Booking tier is completely free. Growth unlocks automatically at 50 bookings; paid subscription billing via PayHero is available from Settings → Billing.
What does unlimited washes mean?+
On Growth and Enterprise you can process as many wash jobs as your bays can handle — no per-transaction fee from CaspaHub. Safaricom M-Pesa charges still apply.
Does it work without internet?+
Core features (payments, queue) have offline mode that syncs when connectivity returns. Reports and notifications need occasional internet.
Can I add more branches later?+
Yes. Growth unlocks multi-module operations at 50 bookings. Enterprise adds multi-branch management at 200+ bookings or on request.
Is CaspaHub compliant with KRA requirements?+
Enterprise includes KRA eTIMS receipt generation. We stay aligned with KRA API changes so you don't have to.
Is my data isolated from other operators?+
Yes. Each car wash gets a dedicated Turso database. Your bookings, customers, and payments are never shared.
Do you support M-Pesa?+
Yes. Pay-to-book STK Push for customers and PayHero subscription billing for operators.
Can I install CaspaHub on a tablet or phone?+
Yes. CaspaHub is a PWA — install on counter tablets, phones, or desktops without an app store.
