CaspaHub ("we", "us") provides car wash management software. This policy explains how we handle personal data for account holders, team members, car owners who book online, and customer records you store in CaspaHub.
Data we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, business details
- Operational data: bookings, queue status, vehicle plates, and payment records you enter
- Technical data: device type, IP address, and usage logs for security and support
- Payment references for subscription billing and customer M-Pesa transactions via PayHero
How we use data
We use your data to provide the service, sync offline changes, process billing, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell customer or operator data to third parties.
Kenya Data Protection
CaspaHub supports workflows aligned with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), including consent recording and data subject request handling. As a data controller for your organization's customer records, you remain responsible for lawful processing under the Data Protection Act, 2019.
Data isolation & security
Each tenant receives an isolated database. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is controlled through role-based permissions and authenticated sessions.

Your rights
